Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach restaurants, the Sherpa supermarket, ski rental shops, and the ESF ski school.

General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
Arrival on Saturday from 5:00 PM.
Keys are collected from the coded key box.
Departure
Departure on Saturday no later than 10:00 AM.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Prepayment: 30% of the total rental amount to be paid at the time of booking.

Balance: must be paid 30 days before arrival, together with the security deposit.

Security deposit: €300 (refunded within 10 days after departure if the apartment is returned in the same condition).

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant cancels after paying the deposit but before paying the balance: the deposit is non-refundable.
If the tenant cancels after paying the balance: no refund (except for the security deposit).
Any other cancellation requires written agreement between both parties.
Accepted payment methods
Cleaning
Cleaning is not included. The guest must fully clean the apartment before departure. If the cleaning is insufficient, a €90 cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
